Mercedes Benz 300SL and Porsche 550 limited edition 100 hundred years model presentation

A long sold out Mercedes Benz Classic collection model set to commemorate the marque’s 100 years in motorsport. These sets were limited to 100 editions only and feature two highly detailed 1:43 scale model cars with one being a classic Mercedes Benz motorsport car and the other from one of Mercedes great manufacturer rivals from the time. This presentation set features the Mercedes Benz 300SL from the 1956 Tour de France driven by Moss and Hovel and the Porsche Spyder 550/1500 RS from the 1954 Mille Miglia driven by Herrman and Linge. The models are fixed to a perspex plinth (measuring 20.5cm x 11cm) detailing the edition number of which this is no.62 of only 100 produced. The set is in excellent condition and comes in its original Mercedes Benz classic collection box which has some shelf wear, very collectable. Reference: MO-MBCC100YRSET7-01
